I was just thinking about the possible horror of Corbyn’s 70’s Britain in the Mickey Mouse drink Dr Pepper Merry Christmas shirt. 3-day week, mass unemployment, winter of discontent, national strikes, rationed electricity and water and it got me to thinking. In the actual 70’s we were a tough bunch, although it was hard, we all got on with it through gritted teeth, we were not easily offended, we did not have social media, gaming and mobile phones to run.
